Namaskaram,
AdBiSo, “Adventure - Biking - Social” organized Mountaineering for the first time in the history of Indore (as it always does by introducing amazingly new Adventures and other knowledgeable activities).
The Adventure was moderately technical as we-the citizens of Indore-are not used to the core Adventure sports therefore it was a challenging day for the participants (they had a tough time full of Adventure, Thrill, Fear, Team Work and Enjoyment) and ultimately the day that they won’t forget for the rest of their lives.
The location was Kalakund – a beautiful place (if you know how to deal with it) with a small railway station and surrounded by the Great Vindhyachal Mountain Ranges.
The weather was awesome as it was drizzling throughout the day.
The views on the way, at the destination, and from the mountain (when we climbed it) were breathtaking.
The participants were fantastic.
This camp involved river crossing, rock-climbing, tree-climbing, and peak-climbing (uphill & down hill), and could only be accomplished if the participants were team players or were ready to co-operate, the participants did that brilliantly as facilitated by the leader and with all the safety.
