Hi Folks, “Urban Trekking”, a concept of exploring (seeing the same with a new attitude and amazingly you discover the soul of it) the beauty of urban environment whether it’s the oriental architecture, old temples/mosques/gurudwaras/churches with a lot of richness in terms of history and art, different types of markets with their peculiar but beautiful smells, the life style, and most importantly the people. Urban Trekking, conceptualized and executed by the “Forum for Adventure-Biking-Social”, popularly known as AdBiSo was organized on August’22, 2010 in Indore, INDIA. This event was one of the most successful one and the number of participants were 37, mostly from Indore itself. Thank You and Take Care! Namaskaram, AdBiSo, “Adventure - Biking - Social” organized Mountaineering for the first time in the history of Indore (as it always does by introducing amazingly new Adventures and other knowledgeable activities). The Adventure was moderately technical as we-the citizens of Indore-are not used to the core Adventure sports therefore it was a challenging day for the participants (they had a tough time full of Adventure, Thrill, Fear, Team Work and Enjoyment) and ultimately the day that they won’t forget for the rest of their lives. The location was Kalakund – a beautiful place (if you know how to deal with it) with a small railway station and surrounded by the Great Vindhyachal Mountain Ranges. The weather was awesome as it was drizzling throughout the day. The views on the way, at the destination, and from the mountain (when we climbed it) were breathtaking. Hi AdBiSo organized a Youth Conference in Indore which was made successful by the youth participants who shared their valuable views, challenges for the society, and the solutions to those challenges. The participants selected at-least one area in which they could contribute effortlessly from their busy schedule to bring about a change to make a better society. The Participants were from diverse backgrounds that made all of us possible to get a 360 degree view of an issue. So Lovely..... Hi Folks, I woke up at 0500hrs and packed my rucksack with the first aid kit, ropes, and adventure equipments.....I left at around 0648 hrs on the AdBiSo motorbike when my family members were in a sweet sleep.... Morning 0600hrs, I was the first to reach the meeting point, and what a weather it was ... raining slightly, densely clouded, and I could find very few people around me.... Sunday Morning ..... 05:00 am on the clock ..... a transport vehicle loaded with bicycles ..... and the Adventure enthusiasts loaded with a great spirit and thrill to take on the mountain with these bikes...... This was the beginning of the Mountain Biking Camp organized by AdBiSo, and which was first of its type in MP....
